SERVICE STRUCTURE NOTICE
Maid Easy Cleaning uses the Traditional Clean Checklist outlined below as the standard structure for each cleaning service provided. This is included in every service provided unless items or furniture are not present, the area is inaccessible, the room or area is excluded from service, and/or modifications are requested by the client.
All checklist items are completed only when the applicable areas, surfaces, rooms, items, furniture, fixtures, and/or appliances are present, reachable, accessible, and safe to clean. Services may be limited, adjusted, skipped, or modified when an area is inaccessible, unsafe, not present, excluded from service, or unable to be cleaned safely.
TRADITIONAL CLEAN CHECKLIST
These are done in all requested rooms and service areas and may include but are not limited to:
General Service Area Checklist
- Cobwebs removed
- Surfaces dusted high and low, including vents and light fixtures
- Outlets and switch plates dusted and spot cleaned
- Countertops and surfaces cleaned and sanitized
- Exterior cabinet surfaces spot cleaned top and bottom
- Exterior appliances cleaned and left streak-free
- Backsplashes spot cleaned
- Mirrors and interior glass cleaned streak-free
- Furniture wiped down, vacuumed, and/or polished
- Sinks fully cleaned and buffed dry
- Pet beds, rugs, and mats vacuumed
- Chrome faucets and fixtures polished and left streak-free
- Gold, decorative furniture, and décor buffed and detailed
- Window sills, windows and exterior/interior sliding glass doors cleaned streak-free
- Trash emptied, trash cans spot cleaned inside and out, and liners replaced
- Floors and stairs vacuumed and/or mopped. Carpeted areas are finished with signature carpet lines
- Soap dishes and objects on surfaces wiped down and detailed
- Tissue and paper towel displays neatly folded
- Towels, hand towels, face towels, and washcloths neatly folded
KITCHENS
- Microwave cleaned inside and out
- Stovetop cleaned, including removable burners and pieces
- Coffee cup holder or coffee station cleaned and detailed
- Coffee machine exterior wiped down and polished
- Stainless steel appliances polished and detailed
BATHROOMS
- Shower calcium buildup, soap scum treated
- Shower glass cleaned streak-free
- Shower products washed, wiped down, and straightened
- Bathtub scrubbed and rinsed
- Toilets cleaned and sanitized
BEDROOMS
- Beds made and linens changed if clean linens are left accessible on the bed
LAUNDRY ROOMS
- Lint trap emptied
- Washer and dryer exteriors cleaned and buffed
LISTING / STAGED / PHOTO PREPARATION CLEANING CHECKLIST
Maid Easy Cleaning's Listing / Staged / Photo Preparation Cleaning service is designed to prepare properties for real estate photography, showings, open houses, and photo-focused detailing. Additional presentation detailing may include, but is not limited to:
- Wall spot cleaning
- Door and door frame detailing
- Reachable fixture detailing
- Garage sweeping
- Front and back entry detailing
- Patio sweeping
- Exterior sliding glass door cleaning
- Visible smudge removal
- Additional visual presentation preparation
- Furniture, décor, staging items, towels, linens, pillows, blankets, or presentation items dusted, wiped down, straightened, fluffed, or folded if present, unless otherwise requested
DEEP CLEANING CHECKLIST
Deep Cleaning services are typically performed in homes or properties requiring additional detailing beyond normal maintenance cleaning. Additional deep cleaning services may include but are not limited to:
- Under-sink cleaning and organization
- Interior appliance detailing
- Full window and sliding door track detailing
- Door and door frame detailing
- Baseboard detailing
- Wall spot cleaning where safely cleanable
- Reachable fixture detailing
- Front and back entry detailing
VACANT / TURNOVER CLEANING CHECKLIST
Vacant / turnover cleaning services are designed for vacant homes, turnovers, move-outs, move-ins, investor properties, and empty listings. Vacant / turnover services may include but are not limited to:
- Cabinet interior cleaning
- Drawer interior cleaning
- Closet detailing
- Interior appliance detailing
- Additional turnover-level detailing
RESIDENTIAL CLEANING
This service uses the Traditional Clean Checklist and is designed for occupied residential homes requiring routine cleaning and ongoing upkeep. Residential Cleaning services are commonly performed on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly service frequency.
ADD-ON SERVICES
The following add-on services may be requested in addition to Maid Easy Cleaning services listed above. Add-on services may require additional time, pricing, scheduling, or approval. General add-on services include but are not limited to:
- Laundry
- Large amounts of dishes
- Organization services
- Large amounts of decluttering
- Blind detailing
- Garage sweeping, weather permitting
- Patio sweeping, weather permitting
Garage sweeping and patio sweeping are included with Listing / Staged / Photo Preparation Cleaning and are available as add-ons for all other services.
